These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the services provided by Dawood Movers & Packers (“we,” “our,” or “us”) via our website and other communication platforms. By booking our services, browsing our site, or engaging with our team, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Services Provided

We offer professional moving, packing, and relocation services across all seven emirates of the UAE. These include but are not limited to:

  • Residential and commercial moving

  • Furniture dismantling and reassembly

  • Packing and unpacking

  • Loading and unloading

All services are subject to availability and are provided based on your confirmed booking.

2. Booking & Payment

  • You must provide accurate information when requesting a quote or booking a service.

  • Prices will be quoted based on the information you provide (property size, distance, service type, etc.).

  • Payment is due upon service completion, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • We accept cash, bank transfers, or other payment methods as agreed in advance.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • You may cancel or reschedule your move with at least 24 hours’ notice at no cost.

  • Last-minute cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee to cover allocated resources.

  • We reserve the right to reschedule services in cases of weather conditions, safety concerns, or emergencies.

4. Customer Responsibilities

As a customer, you are responsible for:

  • Ensuring building access, parking, and elevator permissions are arranged in advance.

  • Separating and handling valuables, documents, or sensitive items personally.

  • Notifying us of any unusual, fragile, or oversized items in advance.

  • Verifying that all items have been collected at the completion of the move.

5. Limitations of Liability

While we handle all items with care, Dawood Movers & Packers is not liable for:

  • Pre-existing damages, improperly packed items, or items packed by the customer.

  • Delays caused by third parties (building management, traffic, etc.).

  • Loss or damage to cash, jewelry, personal documents, or other excluded valuables.

We will assess any reported damage or concerns fairly and work toward a reasonable resolution, such as repair or partial compensation.

6. Insurance

Basic protection is included in our service. If you require comprehensive insurance, it must be requested prior to the move. We can assist in arranging it through a third-party provider.

7. Prohibited Items

For safety and legal reasons, we do not move:

  • Hazardous materials or flammable items

  • Illegal substances or weapons

  • Pets or live animals

  • Perishable food items

Please consult us beforehand if you’re unsure about a particular item.

8. Use of Website

By using our website, you agree not to:

  • Misuse or tamper with the website’s functionality

  • Submit false information in contact or booking forms

  • Attempt to access restricted areas or data

All website content — including text, images, logos, and design — is the property of Dawood Movers & Packers and may not be copied or reused without permission.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be updated on this page, and your continued use of our services will signify your acceptance of the updated terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes will be handled by the competent courts within the UAE.
